Life transformation of Smti. Teji Ch. Momin, Chibisik SHG, Rimrangpara,

Smti. Teji Ch. Momin from Rimrangpara village, a successful woman entrepreneur whose life transformed after becoming the member of Chibisik SHG, Rimrangpara, West Garo Hills. With the support from SHG, she raised a loan of Rs 2,000/-. With this money, she started her tea shop and farming business and generated her own earning and repaid her loan on time. Due to her good repayment behavior, she managed to get loan of Rs.25,000/- & Rs.50,000/- from The Meghalaya Co-operative Apex Bank Ltd & invested the loan amount to expand her business. Today, she is earning good and living a prosperous life. She is an excellent example of SHG’s success in transforming women’s life for better tomorrow.
