Meghalaya ranks Second after Telangana in Nationwide Immunization Coverage

 

Meghalaya has been able to achieve 90 per cent immunization coverage and now ranks second alongside Kerala, only after Telangana, in terms of immunization coverage in India. Meghalaya, along with the rest of the world has been making all possible efforts to contain the spread of novel. As per the National Family Health Survey, Meghalaya has covered 61.4% immunization program between 2015-16 to achieving 90% in July 2020
