The story of Smt. Ismora Puwein, is the story of hardship of a family due to lack of proper residential house. She used to reside in a small tin house. She was not able to provide proper shelter to her family specially during the rainy seasons and extreme cold weather conditions. Due to lack of proper shelter, the family suffered a lot of challenge and hardship.

Her life changed when she availed the benefit under PMAY-G scheme. With the total sanctioned amount of ₹1,30,000 under PMAY-G and her own contribution, her house got completed on 1st Feb,2021. With the convergence of Mahatma Gandhi NREGA, she received an unskilled wage of ₹19,285 which generated a total of 95 person-days. 

She also received the financial assistance under Swachch Bharat Abhiyan for the construction of a toilet. The beneficiary herself contributed a little amount which results towards the successful completion of the house. Now the family owns a proper house and can protect the family from all-weather adversities.
